Our Story

City Sites Limited was incorporated in 2015. The company was formed to enable clients acquire land at an affordable rate especially those with limited and unstable income. The company develops well designed, competitively priced real estates in Uganda.

Over the past years, we have been consistent in our objective of contributing our quota to the growth and development of Uganda’s economy as well as improving individual lives through provision of affordable real estates to our respective clients.

City Sites Limited is renowned for its impressive Land Saving Package termed as “Omuzigo Ntayi” literately referring meaning tired of living in a rented house. Land is one of the major investments that you can make. However, raising money to buy land can be quite challenging. This is why we developed a Land Saving Package especially for people with low incomes.

We are also specialists in provision of industrial and commercial property management services that provide integrity, professionalism and peace of mind to our client.

With our many years of offering good services in the industry, the company is dedicated with competent work force and a large clientele base which includes small and large property investors; both in commercial and residential sector.
